The North West Migrants Forum provides support, facilities and cultural programmes for Black, migrant and minority ethnic people living across the north west of Northern Ireland.
Our work is rooted in human rights and the celebration of cultures. From immigration guidance to the Advancing Race Equality Awards, everything we do is co-designed with our community.

Audience enjoys ‘meaningful and memorable Black History Summit’

DOZENS of people gathered in Ulster University’s Magee campus on Friday, October 24, for the North West Migrants Forum’s annual Black History Summit.

Black History Summit to discuss ‘Standing Firm in Power and Pride’

Taking place at Ulster University’s Magee campus, Derry, on Friday October 24, the theme of this year’s Summit is ‘Standing Firm in Power and Pride’ which invites attendees to reflect on current debates surrounding migration, race and identity.

Our family fun day is returning to Brooke Park!

Following on from the success of last year, our family fun day is returning to Brooke Park next Saturday. Colour, culture and community will once again be the key components of what has become an important date on Derry’s social calendar.
